After our smart pacer Emmas Only blew his suspensory tendon we were
devastated, vets advice was to put the horse in the paddock for 18 months
and hope for the best, likelyhood of returning to racing would have been as
little as 20%.
We were given the Runner's Relief website to have a look at, and liked it's
affordable price, rapid healing recommendations and of course it's proven
success compared to other solutions. We stabled the horse for
ninety days
treating him morning and night we were amazed that he was 70% healed on his
60 day scan, we continued treatment and started track work, we still treat
him after hard workouts and races. We are so happy with the results
that we wanted to share this breakthrough with you.
Sheza Blazin Move
Are back from a TENDON TEAR! March 2011
Dear Runners Relief,
My mare Sheza Blazin Move is a little bit naughty to say the least!
She has some personal space issues when it comes to horses that are in the pens next to her.
This summer in the middle of rodeo season she attempted to kick the horse in the next pen and in the process hit the
pipe and really messed up her tendon. It had swelling all the way up to her hock and she was pretty sore.
I always have kept Runners Relief on hand and had used it as a preventive when we were hauling pretty hard but this time I had the chance to see that it really does work on injuries.
After treating her with Runners Relief the swelling was gone, she was 100% sound and ready to run.
I never put her on any anti inflammatories during this time. I love this stuff!!!
Thank you,
Christy Loflin
Too Hot to Handle
Won by 2 1/2
lenght after two tendons injuries!
From Nancy Morgan on March 26-2011
In July 2009, my horse bowed the left front tendon while in
training. We treated him with
the Runner's Relief (mixed two scoops in a one pound jar of Furacin ointment and
painted onto the tendon "made-up a poultice", followed by a sweat wrap) daily for five days and then
off for two days. We did that for
about a month. We then turned him
out in the pasture for 7 months. We
put him back in training and gave him his first out in June 2010.
On his second out in July, 2010, He won by 2 1/2 lengths
(win picture is attached).
Two weeks following his win, he bowed the right front tendon in a workout.
We repeated the same process with the right leg as we did with the left
the year before.
We are starting to
work him now.
He worked 3 F in 38
seconds on March 22 and is not showing any problems.
I will keep you posted on his progress.
Greatly appreciated that I have this product!

To The Inventors of Runner’s Relief:
I have been involved with horse racing for over 40 years.
I have had the privilege of working with a lot of great horses
over the years. As a trainer, I know that equine athletes
rely on their trainers to make sure they are sound and fit for the job ahead.

Mr. Cascio have treated several horses succesfully with RR

As a trainer, it is part of my job to deal with training setbacks due to injury. Tendon and ligament injuries are of serious concern to all horsemen. When something does go wrong, I need a product to help a horse heal and return to top performance in the minimum amount of time.
I am happy to say I have found an outstanding product that fills the bill. Runner’s Relief.
Runner’s Relief significantly reduces the healing time for tendon and ligament injuries. It is easy to use and helps accomplish the goal of getting a horse sound and back to work.
I recommend that Runner’s Relief should be part of any horseman’s rehabilitation therapy. It is endorsed by many prominent equine veterinarians and more important than any endorsement, Runner’s Relief works.
With highest regard,

A
very prosperous 2006 for you. Thank you for your interest in our endurance horse,
Cowboy. After treatment with Runners Relief Therapy, morning and afternoon for
about two (2) months, and leaving him to rest until end of November, Cowboy's tendon is healed again! He was resting from April until end of November, as we did not want to take any chances. By the end of November he was in such good shape, and when our summer rains started, the green grass in the field was just the last boost for him. My son, Karel, on his back, walked during November with him every day for about seven kilometers to strengthen his joints and cartilage. During his resting season, we still gave him supplements like Equiflex, Hoof doctor, Horse powder, Protexin, Garlic, Vit A, B and E. We just cut his concentrated feed. |

From December we exercised him in the lunging ring for half an hour and later one hour. He was just trotting to get fit. All went well, and his tendon was 100 % we checked after every session.
He was due to ride a 100 km ride on our first club ride on January 07, 2006. We decided to take it very slow and see how it goes. There were 4 loops of 30 km, 30km, 20km, and 20km with a vet check after every loop. His heartbeat was great and he had no trouble with his tendon. We made him wear a soft tendon boot on the affected leg during the ride also. I was the groom and massaged his muscles with Arnica oil after every Vet check and put some Tensolvet on his tendons before he went on the next loop. He finished the ride successfully without any injuries. Today our horse grooms will soak his legs in Runners Relief Therapy to sooth the tendons. He will rest now for two weeks before we start exercising again.
Now we know that he has recuperated fully, and that we can start exercising him intensively to do competitive rides again, he will ride competitively in May a 160 km FEI ride and again in August a 120km FEI ride.
Thank you very much for your
great product. We believe that the product was very beneficent in his recuperation. We will let you know how he is doing during the year.
Kind regards, Karin Grünschloss Family Choice
Update on Cowboy's: May 16, 2006
Cowboy is back! Yes, his done it again. As I have told you earlier, our endurance horse, Cowboy, was going to take part in an international endurance race in May 2006. It is called the
"African International Championships". South Africa, Namibia and Botswana competed against each other.
We have just come back and I am delighted to tell you that our beloved horse WON the FEI***160 km race for Seniors in Christiana, South Africa on 13 May 2006 in 8 hours 58 seconds! He was in top condition.
I would like to congratulate you again on your very wonderful product,
Runner's Relief, because I belief that the product has had shares in his success on Saturday!
His left front tendon has healed completely and he could ride a tough competitive 160 km ride, without any problems! 22 of the 41 senior horses were eliminated because of lameness (the course was very hard and full of stones). We had an offer for him for U$100 000. (In our currency about N$650 000) which is quite a lot of money, but we will never sell the horse, because he is part of our family!
Now we have to train him for his next competitive 160 km in Walvis Bay on 06 September. The course is very tough with dunes and thick sand - also along the seaside.
He won the race in the past with a course record (the photo that I sent you)
Thank you again for a wonderful product!
Karin Grünschloss
Dear Karin, we at Runner's Relief would like to thank you very much for sharing Cowboy's story and to keep us updated with his progress. What a great horse! We wish you the best of luck.

On Sept 20, 2005 my then 20 yr old appendix QH injured a suspensory ligament on a hind leg. Still a competitor at that age, I believe his activity level is what has kept him so young-looking and healthy. I feared this injury would end his working days and send him not to retirement, but into decline and premature demise. I started searching for any new treatments for ligamentous injuries and came upon your website. As a scientist, I am open-minded but prudently skeptical. I called, talked to you, checked the research (done in human patients) and decided to take a chance.
Runner's Relief performed as you claimed. Better, in fact, if you consider that I could sometimes only soak the leg once a day (my horse lives 30 min away from where I live and I am insanely busy.) I used a coffee maker to heat the water and a trash can to soak the leg in, carefully adding hot water as needed to maintain the required temperature. It is possible for a single horse owner to do the treatments without buying extra equipment :) He was wrapped after each treatment.

Soaking with Runner's Relief Therapy
|
|
Before |
After |
I long-lined him at the walk to start with, about 10 days after starting treatment I began to ride him at the walk for 10 min or so. Gradually I increased the time, added trot work, then canter work. He was never stalled but turned out in his paddock the whole time, weather permitting. He would have never tolerated that much confinement; he's not the type to stand idle, and he's not ready to hang up his horseshoes yet!
I iced his leg immediately after each work session, followed by soaking and wrapping. By 2 months he was back to galloping and jumping. Even then, unless I pointed it out to people, most didn't even notice the remnants of the lesion.
Today, only careful observation reveals where the injury occurred. I now ride him in support boots, as he has reminded me that he is in his 20s after all! The only aftermath is that he stocks up a little bit more on that leg if he is stalled overnight and he is not wrapped. It is benign and goes away with a few minutes of trotting. Given that he turned 21 in March of this year, I am not surprised.
What is surprising is that he healed so swiftly and well considering that as we age it take us much longer to mend than when we were young. I attribute some of this swift healing to the excellent shape he is in, but without Runner's Relief, I doubt very much his leg would look as clean as it does.
I have included some "before" and "after" pictures - they do the talking better than any words I could use.
With sincere thanks,

To Whom It May Concern:
I used the Runner's Relief for ninety days, and during that time, I had my mare ultrasounded three times. My vet is Dr. Powers at Oklahoma City Equine, and he couldn't believe the difference in my mare as I was using the product. He diagnosed the tear as being over 60% and that she would be only broodmare sound. He was amazed that her pastern returned to its original form, and most of the thickness disappeared from the tendon. I have been riding her and long trotting her mile a day with no physical signs of stress.
I feel like I accomplished a lot with your product, and brought her back far above what my vet said could be done. I'm way over the top happy that she is sound to ride and there's hardly any bump left at all. I've recommended your product to many of my friends, and I would use it again in a heartbeat!
Thanks so
very much!

Dear Runner's Relief Creators,
" My horse tore a front suspensory. After soaking in Runner's Relief Therapy for two (2) months, he returned to the races in less than three (3) months. He won his first start back in 1:55:2 at Harrington Raceway."
Thank You Runner's Relief.

To Whom It May Concern:
I didn’t know where to turn when my 18-year-old retired Thoroughbred severely tore his superficial flexor tendon. All of my fellow boarders, including myself, thought that my gelding would have to be put down.
Not knowing where to turn I spoke with you and ordered your product and began tubing him daily, two weeks after his injury. Today, after 6 weeks of Runner’s Relief therapy I can barely contain him during his daily exercises. His fetlock nearly touched the ground when he walked and he is now straight as an arrow and being turned out daily.
I would highly recommend Runner’s Relief to anyone who is facing bowed, torn or severely strained tendon injuries. My horse is living proof that Runner's Relief works without a DOUBT!! My heart is overjoyed that my gelding quickly healed without side effects and with minimal scar tissue formation.
Thank you so very much,
Brigitte Leduc

Hi Doctor:
I am so sorry for such a long delay in sending you this email. Thank you for sending me the poultice for use on my Hematoma and of course "Runner's Relief" which we have not used diligently on my Palomino Stud and Mare.
You may remember they both had capped hocks due to their leg wraps being on too tightly and left on while transporting them to me from Mississippi. They were very, very bad and we had been trying everything we knew to do as well as ideas the Vet gave us.
Bottom line is that no one out there can really do much for this problem. But I searched high and low, prayed about it and stumbled upon your web site by accident (no accident I am sure of that). We used your "Runner's Relief as directed for 3 weeks and guess what? You guessed it. My horses are 90%+ healed and other than minor abrasions from where the hocks had oozed liquid they are doing perfectly. We are working them at just less than "all-out" and figure that in another week to 10 days we will be back to where we were before they had there legs wrapped for transport to California.
One more little item for you regarding my Hematoma (which I had for going on 4 months and it was still the size of a softball). I used your Poultice every night for 6 nights as directed. Each day, for the first time, I noticed the swelling being reduced. Although it is not completely gone at this time, it is substantially reduced. I would guess that if I would use it another 6 days or so, it would disappear completely.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication to finding ways to help our animals when everyone else insists on sticking with the good "old way" of doing things. That is no longer good enough for most of us. Especially not in this day and age., Keep on raising the bar and leading the way my friend.
My very best to you,
Rand Smith

Mag Perez, Riverside, CA.
Being a professional trainer in Thoroughbred horse racing, I have seen many soft tissue injuries over the years.
Utilizing Runner’s Relief products has aided tremendously, in a speedy
recovery on most of these injuries.
Bowed Tendons and Suspensories are especially fast in healing with Runner’s Relief Therapy, and have none of the side effects associated with conventional therapies. Most of all, the time frame is reduced substantially which is a plus for the racing profession.
I would highly recommend Runner's Relief Therapy for the treatment and prevention of soft tissue injuries.
I've NEVER SEEN A PRODUCT WORK IN TENDON TEAR BESIDE RUNNER'S RELIEF, THIS IS
REAL! I HAVE THIS PRODUCT AT MY STABLE SINCE THE OWNER FIRST INVENTED NEARLY
TWENTY YEARS AGO!!!

To Whom It May Concern:
We have used Runner’s Relief products for many years. The results have been consistently excellent, if not miraculous, for soft tissue injuries, specifically for the bowed tendon.
I remember one filly that had two bowed tendons with both fetlocks almost to the ground. She returned to
exercise in three and a half weeks, and back to racing in the third month after Runner’s Relief Therapy.
Conventional therapy (like firing or blistering) would have taken a year or more.
Most of our horses with this type of injury returned sound within a maximum time of ninety days.
I would highly recommend Runner’s Relief products and its noninvasive therapy to any horseman for the treatment and prevention of soft tissue injuries.
THIS IS WHAT I CALL MIRACULOUS!
Sincerely,
L. Wayne Beck

My name is Claudia and I have a 31-Year-Old Arabian named Tony who bowed his tendon during hurricane Frances last year Sept. 2004. He was in a lot of pain and very lame the vet came multiple times and recommended some things to do that wasn't working. The vet gave me Banamine to help relieve the pain without that he could not have made it through, although now one month went by with no progress I was looking on the internet for help and information about bow tendons and came across Runner's Relief.
I called and ordered Runner's Relief and finally after one week my horse was getting relief from his pain and lameness and I was able to wean him off his Banamine gradually. Finally by February/March 2005 I was able to put him out to pasture one hour here and there with much soundness. Its now April/May and he is back out all day, he gets to go in and out of his stall as he pleases without any restrictions.
Thank You Very Much for Your Product It Was Well Worth It.
Claudia and Tony.

Hi, Thank you for your amazing product. I started using it on my horses
injury even after he had been injured for 2 months. He had torn his deep
digital flexor to a 30 % swelling and the vet thought it would not be able
to heal for riding soundness within a year.
He came for the 4th
ultrasound check up and was amazed to say that he can start back into
work after using Runner's Relief for ONLY 2 months.
My horse would not stand in a bucket so I wet his leg, put the powder on his leg wrapped it with a
very wet towel, then saran wrap, then heating pads, and kept it on him for
45 minutes a day. I didn't do any additional wrapping but it still worked
just the same.
Thank you
RR for everything!
